Description:Purple Splash is a climbing rose featuring flowers in shades of purple, primarily wine purple, splashed with white. In cooler temperatures, some white stripes will appear. Flowers occur in large pyramidal clusters, reblooming readily. These large blooms are a cut flower favorite, for both their color and the sweet apple fragrance they give off. Reblooming all summer long, it is best to deadhead spent ones to encourage even more. In addition to being a cut flower, this variety can also be dried. Foliage is apple green in color. Being a climber, this rose requires some form of support, whether it is a trellis, fence, or something else. Purple Splash is a nearly thornless variety of rose.
