Wasson Return Policy, Plant Warranty & Rewards Program

We guarantee that every plant purchased from any Wasson location will be healthy and hardy. We inspect all plants for pest and disease issues before placing on our floor or installing at your property. With over 47 years of plant and landscape experience, you can trust that you're receiving the best plants for indoor and outdoor spaces.

If there is a problem with a plant that you've purchased, please contact us right away, so we can help identify the problem, provide care suggestions, or evaluate for warranty replacement according to the Wasson Plant Warranty policy. Reach out to us at info@wassonnursery.com and insert/attach photos along with a description of the issue.

Wasson Return Policy 

  • Dated proof of purchase or receipt is required for any return.
  • Trees, shrubs, and perennials can be returned within 48-hours of original purchase and are subject to inspection for acceptable condition and proper care and have remained in the original containers.
  • Returns for non-plant and non-seasonal items are accepted within 30 days from date of purchaseSeasonal and holiday items have a 7-day return period from the date of purchase.
  • Return amounts are issued in the original form of tender and purchased amount or a gift card for the purchase price may be issued.

NOTE: Annual plants, houseplants, sale items and bulk material transactions are “final sale” and are not covered under our return policy.

Wasson Plant Warranty 

  • A 100%, 1-Year Guarantee from the customer purchase date applies to trees, shrubs, and perennials planted in the ground and have been properly cared for.
  • Replacement plants originally installed by Wasson Nursery will be reinstalled at no additional charge.
  • This warranty covers a one-time replacement credit per plant, valued at the original purchase price.
