Refund policy

Returns:

• Returns of non-living items are accepted within 30 days with proof of purchase, with the exception of seasonal and holiday items, which have a 7-day return window.
• Returns of trees, shrubs, and perennials are accepted within 48 hours of original purchase.
• Annuals, houseplants, sale items and bulk material transactions are “final sale”.
• Returns issued in the original form of tender or a gift card.
