Lucerne Blue-Eyed Grass features star-like blooms of intense blue with yellow centers that are about 1 inch in diameter. Not actually a grass, this plant has narrow grass-like foliage that is clump forming. Although Blue Eyed Grass is native to the United States, the Lucerne variety was discovered in Switzerland.
