Description:Sombrero Flamenco Orange Coneflower is compact in size and has bright orange petals that nicely overlap creating the framework for the deep brown cone. Deadheading can increase its already high volume of blooms. Towards the end of the season, allow blooms to remain on the plants and produce seeds, as they are a winter food source for song birds. Blooms are often cut and enjoyed inside. This hybrid nativar is a welcome addition to any sunny landscape bed, and is drought tolerant once established.
