Description:

Paul's Glory Hosta features leaves that change throughout the season. In spring, they are chartreuse with blue-green margins. By summer, they have become brilliant gold with dark green margins. These leaves have good slug resistance. The 40 inch tall flower scapes boast bell-shaped blooms of pale lavender. Paul's Glory Hosta was the 1999 Hosta of the Year. This low maintenance perennial can be deadheaded if one chooses and should have the spent foliage removed after dormancy has occurred in late fall. The leaves and the flowers can be utilized in a variety of floral arrangements. Hostas make excellent choices for shady areas and woodland gardens, helping to cover the ground and create texture and impact.
