The color intensity with this bloom round is due to stronger light and warmer temperatures. All flowers on this clematis variety feature yellow centers. Mulch the roots as well as cut back the vine to 6 inches in late winter to early spring (Group 3/Type C). Provide a trellis or structure for vertical support.
