Scientific Name: Goeppertia 'Stella'; previously Calathea 'Stella'

Light: medium light

Water: allow soil to dry out halfways – never completely dry but also do not allow it to be soggy; averages every 7-14 days for watering; use filtered water or water that has sat out for 24 hours instead of tap water

Care: require temperatures above 60°F and humidity levels over 50% – supplement with a humidifier, misting, or pebble tray

Details: leaves curl up at night and unfurl in the morning; foliage features white and green foliage with hints of a pinkish-purple; undersides of leaves are a burgundy purple
