Description:

Perpetua Blueberry extends the blueberry season by having two crops: one in mid-summer and the second in fall (usually July and October). The white, bell-shaped flowers occur in May, and again in summer after the first crop. Leaves turn deep red and yellow in autumn. Blueberries require acidic soil, so regular applications of aluminum sulfate are recommended. Self-pollinating, this blueberry can be grown as hedge or specimen in the landscape. The berries are great for baking, eating fresh, freezing, and preserving.
