Description:
Although this Aralia features showy white flowers throughout summer and purplish/black berries in the fall, it is most noted for its bright foliage. Chartreuse leaves cover this perennial and absolutely glow in shadier parts of the garden. When planted in part sun, the foliage has more yellow and will be lime green in full shade. Flowers give way to deep, purplish-black berries that will attract birds later in fall. This shrub-like perennial will tolerate full sun if given consistent moisture. It is not drought tolerant.
