Irish Moss is a groundcover moss that is deep green in color. Small, star like white flowers occur in summer. Irish Moss tolerates moderate foot traffic and is an excellent option for filling in between pavers, rocks, and along a path. It is not a true moss that requires well-draining soils and will not tolerate drought.
