Description:
The Red Heart Rose of Sharon tree features slender upright branches. Large white flowers with scarlet red centers last all summer long. Deadheading can promote further blooms but is not necessary. Prune the tree to shape in late winter to early spring. Stems of flowers can be cut and used in arrangements. The tree form of Red Heart is often used as a specimen or small ornamental tree.
